Dependency releases jurisdiction to family court & case is closed so what now?
Custodial & non-custodial parent have been co-parenting SUCCESSFULLY for 2 years now. Non-custodial parent was ordered supervised visitation when DCF Dependency case closed. DCF released jurisdiction to family court. If custodial parent agrees that unsupervised visitation would be beneficialfor non custodial parent & child relationship, both parents arrange a visitation/time sharing schedule & enters it to court without any disagreements between parents would it most likely be approved by Judge?
