Getting there,2 days until the divorce proceedings start.Seen my lawyer Friday,she has everything all set.It hopefully won't take too long,all my estranged husband wants is his Polaris Razor and 4 wheeler which are in my name due to bad credit he had in the past.They are both paid off,have the lien releases and paperwork showing they are paid off.I am going to let him have them back,all I have to do is sign off on the titles.Lawyer saw he has a retirement plan,he plans to retire in a couple in a couple months and said I can get half of his pension.I have read it myself and it's in plain print.We are going after this.

When it comes to retirement accounts, you're entitled to half of what was accrued during the marriage which can be until the date of separation or dissolution of the marriage depending on the state.
