Has anyone been on the Friday East Midlands flight to Kavala via Skiathos yet? Is it on time, nice crew, bar service, good meal? How was it landing in Skiathos then having to take off again?

Have been to Skiathos airport twicw now. It's not bad. You approach very low over the sea and it can be noisy when the reverse thrust is used to slow the aircraft because of the short runway, but otherwise, no worries. Hope this helps.

Hi Gerry how are you??? We.ve landed at Skiathos airport when we went to Skopelos. Its not that bad although the runaway is not big. If Bill can do it then its not that bad LOL

Its ironic that the only reason i have not been to Skiathos is the thought of 2 takeoffs! Now i have to suffer it to get to Thassos as the MAnchester flight was booked up!
Have youy been anywhere this year or made any plans for later on?

Hi gerry hope all is well, dogs are fine thanks. we have been to Devon 2 this year and hopefullly will move there soon. Already sussing out where you can fly too from exeter Airport.
