Hi
I have a question about communicating with spirits. I recently moved to a new flat, and my flatmates friend who is very tuned in to spirits and such, and has said that since I moved in she has sensed a presence in the flat which seems to be attatched to me somehow. She hasn't sensed whether they are male or female as yet. She thinks I've brought them with me.

This really interests me since I had another person say they felt a presence in my last 2 flats. I'm really interested in finding out about this spirit and learning who they are, and if they really are following me. I'm really not very tuned in to such things, but can anyone offer any advice on how to go about communicating with them? Is there some way I can heighten my awareness of spirits? It's always something I've been a little nervous of, but this has really got me intrigued!
