Our family is the largest private owner of units at the Lift Lodge (all ski weeks). We continue to seek additional units for our personal enjoyment and for the use of a large Scandinavian Ski Club from Northeast. We have all the requisite paperwork for completing a transaction in under 2-weeks. You will usually get a JP Morgan Chase bank check within 1-week of our phone call. Brokers will sell you a nice story with a reasonable listing price, then it will sit for years. Nobody buys an old timeshare from a resort they've never visited. Eventually it will sell for 10-50% of the list price. They will still want a minimum of $1,000 or 50% of the sale proceeds, so you will need to bring cash to the closing. Without brokerage fees or a $500 escrow fee, we can instead offer you 100% of the sale proceeds and probably pay more than what we pay when we buy from a broker. We feel no shame offering a low-ball bid to a middleman representing a seller we've never spoken to. Its a little more difficult to haggle with a seller on the phone directly. So we always offer a fair price on the phone and always low-ball brokers.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Ski weeks only, Weeks 51 to Week 12. Units 43-51,61,62,72,73,74,75 ideally, but will consider other units from 31-89, depending on the week. Not interested in Units 1-30. We have already closed on 2 of the units from this owner classified section...Units 49-01 and 72-11. Both were smooth easy transactions. Looking to sell our week 2 unit 37 - 2 bedroom - one bath
We are the original owners of week 12, Unit 87 in the Lift Lodge. It is a 2BR unit. I saw your ad posted in the owners forum and I may be interested in selling the unit. Fees for 2020 are paid. Are you interested and what would be a fair price that you would be willing to offer?
We have used the unit on a somewhat regular basis since 1978, but find that since we now live in Colorado it makes more sense to ski locally.
We also have a week banked with RTX for this unit, but don’t know their policy as far as if this would transfer if the unit was sold. It would have to be used by March 2020, or extended.

I am emailing you to inquire if you are open to a one time exchange. We are looking to come to Park City during week 5, coming up soon. I cannot find availability in our exchange network (Trading Places) so I am looking into the owner's listings. From your post, it seems you own many units during this time period.
I have never done a private exchange and am open to suggestions. My thought is that we could be named guests in your unit and I would list you as guests on our unit, or for any other stay that you prefer in our exchange network. Our deposited unit would be good for any exchange in 2021-2022.
