Doesn't look promising.
I guess that Roxy is no longer living upstairs,even the rear entrance is boarded up.
I have been told that there is some kind of covenant on the Bull which means that it could not be turned into residential properties.
Not sure though whether the covenant expires if it s left unoccupied for a given amount of time?
