Sam I am just not comfortable with emailing a complete stranger. I am now definitely a bit worried about Exmouth Road. I just wish Philip would tell me what type of problem there is without taking any names. I am not too much bothered about noisy teenagers as long as they are just decent type of people. But I would be worried about people doing drugs, carrying knives, burglars or binge drinking. So if there are any such problems connected with the service roads then I just wish Philip would let me know here. I am talking of the service road which runs behind Exmouth Road parallel to Shaldon Drive. But if Philip doesn't want to tell me, I can't force him can I?
