Apart from being annoying, the action of these people is theft by the usually acepted definition. More specificly it is "theft of intellectual property". Don't let them get away with it. The score is to write and tell them that you note the offence. They should respond with an apology. If they do the same thing again, get a solicitor to write them a letter. The least they should do to give you satisfaction is give you a credit.
