I'm guessing here, but to unload in East Way would entail having to either reverse in there (dangerous) or to reverse out of there (even more dangerous).

I can't see a solution - other than night time deliveries. The noise of these would also annoy the people living in the flats over the shops on both sides of the road.

These shorter articulated lorries are often fitted with rear steer axles, so they can negotiate tighter corners. But the risk of parked cars, positioning of keep left bollards at junctions etc make even these very difficult to safely fit into tight spaces.

Of course, if they done away with the wall of their own car park in East Way, delivered before the store opened and stopped parking in enough bays early mornings only, to make it a clear turning circle for their own lorry.... Then the back door would be the entrance for the stock to the store.

Just a thought...
