Daniel, you make a very fair point, and no I do not offer a printed version of my web site as it is just that....a WEB site.
AND yes it is a far better option to plug it in and mend it via the net, but most firms just say...download the fix or see our web site ....and that is the extent of their "initial help"
I know of several people who own sat-navs and do not have Internet.....
