I assume this relates to the bus ones, and yes it is a step in the right direction, but really in the last place you need them! If you are waiting for a 114 and the time table says every 10-12 mins and there is a bus already in, then you can be fairly sure you will be leaving within 10-12 mins.
When you are standing, as my daughter does everyday, waiting for a 114 by Argos and it does not arrive for 30 mins then THAT is where this would be useful..... as yes, she could have walked in less time.
