I hope people don't actually rely on the live online bus timetables.
I used it at Heathrow on Sunday to see when the next A10 left for Uxbridge - it said there was a (slower) U3 leaving in 12 minutes and that was it. However, the paper timetable at the bus stop itself said the A10 was due in 3 minutes. It was, and it came on time.
The online bus time service could be great, but when it doesn't know when the next bus leaves a stop, it's of precisely no use. Shame, because it's potentially better than the system they have in Germany and while I was in Holland over the weekend they had no live information at all.
I've previously written to TfL about the same kind of problem, they replied to say that it usually works. That's usually OK, I suppose.. until you want to actually use it
