What does that mean?

I can understand buses that start in London and go out wouldn't fall under TfL like the bus from Rayners Lane to Harlow, but zone 6 Heathrow to zone 6 Uxbridge?

It says "Operated by First for London Buses" on the timetable for the A10, in the same way that 114 says "Operated by Transdev for London Buses"

Looking at the same page now (22:14 Wednesday night), A10 is showing.
