Hold up I got confused with the 724 which does the same heathrow to uxbridge trip but is not part of the network yet appears on the journey planner. Quite misleading...

There's always going to be a degree of problems with an electronic system but I'm not sure you can say its no good.

You had your experience and I'm saying in mine I've not had one slip up (yet).
