Interestingly if they built four houses there then the street numbers would be complete, as they jump four numbers either side of Torcross Road, allowing for them to be built at some point I guess.
It was a great pub, drawing much lunchtime trade from the Braintree Industrial Estate, now, if re-opens, it can be nothing more than a "Boozer" I would have thought, unless they do something clever with food......
