I would not say it was a rant. £3,800 for the bunting was a total waste of money....if only because if it was not pointed out to you you would never see it.
As for the flags.....well I suppose based on the going rate for bunting they would be about £1,000 ish.....I don't think it will change my life looking at them, maybe a few more bins would be a better use of the cash.
