The fact you said 'no-one' is the exact point I was making; you first say 'I suppose £50,000 for some flags cable tied to lampposts' and subsequently state 'No-one said that the four flags in the photos cost £50,000'. Do you not see the contradiction? *You* are that person - *Aside* from specifying 'four' you still make the enormous assumption that £50,000 was spent on flags. Nobody has said this. Even Dave said a voucher was given to the Borough but I see no mention it was used in it's entirety to purchase flags.

None the less; I am not going to argue this with you further. You think it's a competition and you think they'll be a 'winner'. This is evident from 'you'll lose' and 'your turn'. Indeed, this just shows what a pathetic waste of energy you are. Thankfully I *know* I am not alone in this belief.
