I think a lot of people abuse these things, I don't. There is a "warden" at Sainsburys...for all the good he is worth. He should be hiding behind a bin ready to pounce (and just tell folk to move their cars, or stick something difficult to get off on their windscreen - or is that now illegal?).

Of course hinding behind bins is not possible in Ruislip Manor
