I know of only one local firm:
JAFVANS (they also hire various cars) who have branches in Breakspear Road, Ruislip & South Harrow. Tel:020 8864 2650 - £37 per day for an automatic Fiesta/Corsa sized car. I've found these guys very friendly and they have a 'drop box' so that the car can be dropped off outside of their opening hours.
JAFVANS would make an excellent advertiser for Phil (ROL) to put onto the 'tabs' at the top of the Ruislip Online page....
