I seen that leaking yesterday evening when on my way home.
I was told it had already been reported.
But my return journey this evening was greeted with a new beach at the bottom of the Windmill Hill. All that sand from underneath the paving slabs washed down to the drains and all over the road.
It's a heck of a mess!
