Help to clean house in Ruislip

Hi,
I am looking for a professional cleaner (just one person since my house is pretty small)to come once in 2 weeks for about 2-3 hours to clean my place.

I am looking for them to vacuum, iron, dusting, mopping, cleaning the toilet, cleaning windows (not from the outside though), oven clean etc.

I live in the Ruislip area. Please could you call me to arrange an appointment? My no. is 07544488404. All the material and equipment will be mine. I just need an extra pair of hands to help out.
