There is a Possession notice stuck to the window of the restaurant as follows:

'The landlord is entitled to take possession of the premises for breach of the lease. The rents reserved by the lease are in arrears and remain unpaid.
Under the lease the landlord has re-entered and taken possession of the of the premises and the lease is thereby at an end.
The previous tenant has no further right to enter the premises and any attempt to do so may constitute a criminal offence.' etc. etc. etc.

Could this be the end at last??
