I agree, Aquarius quality is becoming variable.

Yesterday's batter was rock-hard (it shattered rather than cut) and the fish was dried out. If I'd lived closer, and wasn't so hungry, they'd have had it back.

The previous time, about 4 weeks ago, it was superb.

The Atlantis at the Eastcote Arms, which rivalled Aquarius when they opened, seem to have changed hands and the quality is way down.

Similarly, the Fishing Net in South Ruislip has gone downhill since they changed hands.

All my personal opinion of course. YMMV.
