This board is moderated from time to time.
Some lines have got better and others worse. The Met Line seems to have slowed down a bit on the Uxbridge branch with the loss of the fast services and then the change to make some Aldgate services into Baker Street ones hence requiring changes. The Piccadilly has always been slow and remains so. However the Jubilee has speeded up considerably over the past few years with the new signalling coming into use resulting in the trains being driven by computers like on the central and victoria lines. When the new signalling appears on the met we should see improved journey times.
