Philip. Thanks for the advice. I have written to the store manager.

I have appealed the parking notice. I got it for parking on the roadway. All I did was park adjacent to the kerb like many others do. I have asked for a definition of a roadway within a car park as part of the appeal. I have also made it quite clear that I would welcome the chance to go to court. Let's see what happens.

That sort of parking really is rather inconsiderate and I think the ticket is quite reasonable. Park within a marked bay! If we all ignored this then there would be havoc.
