I was sub-permitee with a friend of mine and we also bagged a nice cow today in J-2. And as you said thanks to friends and a great landowner the recovery went really well.
congats Dave. Guess you will be enjoying lots of moose meat on the ice this winter and maybe some moose jerky on the boat next spring. can't wait until I get picked.
