I'm in the need of one more trip out. I don't remember the lauch well at Waukewan. Can I get a 22' in there? I remember not having a problem with my 17 smokercraft. Hoping for this weekend. Thanks everyone. If not waukewan never fished Opechee, how's that one?
I just pulled the Peggy "C" off Waukeewan. It's very shallow at the launch. If you back straight off the launch, you will damage your prop. It can be done, but you have to back in the direction of the beach for about 75' before heading down the lake. There is also two steel pins in the water at the launch that you have to look out for. It is doable, but I don't think I would recommend it.
