Hasn't been advertised much that I know of but today is Salmon Sunday at Melvin Village. Never been myself but I'm told it's a real good time. The children on attendance actually take the eggs, etc.
An educational and fun experience.
Not sure the times, maybe somon else does, I would say mid-morning perhaps ?
It was 1pm-3pm. this afternoon,(my 3rd time). Some beauties on demonstration.. I go mostly to talk with F&G and get the "facts" (some good some bad) from F&G.
Matt: My advice is to call or email F&G and talk with biologists either John Viar or Don Miller. These guys are the experts and will fill you in on latest salmon nettings, numbers and quality of fish.
