The NHF&G is warning of unsafe ice.
I also looked at Squam Lake, the ice may be thick, but can not get to it since there is about 20 feet of broken ice and water along the shore.
There were a lot of people skating in the cove on Squam yesterday afternoon. I don't know how safe it is yet.
No snowmobils on it yet. I'm not going out there.
Not even a trace of snow on the ground here, certainly not a white Christmas.
