Anyone see the new rules for single hook?

I think the way I understand it just for live bait I could be wrong tho it's happened before.

Correct they define 'Bait" and than go on to say only a single hook point may be used while using "Bait"... So you can still use your treble hooks on hardware just not while trolling bait...

The new rule will most likely effect the people trolling bait with the sliding harness.
