Last post on the subject:
Only came up with 3 people for M-T-and W (nobody for Thursday at all) most were repeats from last year they enjoyed it so much.
If you are in the area, stop by and check it out. Also check out the huge "show fish" they have in the show pond.
Thanks to those that stepped up to the plate, wish we had a few more. John S.
Directions to powder Mill Hatchery:
Powder Mill Fish Hatchery -- 288 Merrymeeting Road, New Durham; (603) 859-2041. (On Route 11, there is a flashing light at the key intersection. If you are driving west from Farmington on Route 11, take a right, go to Main Street, and take a left at the country store, and then a right onto Merrymeeting Road. The hatchery is three miles, on the left.)
it may also help to let them know it's directly at the outlet of Merrymeeting Lake
Don't know how long I can sit, but I'll try and make it on Wednesday John. Wednesday is the only day I can make it.
I'd help, but it's just me at work now... so, if I'm not there nothing gets done. That makes for unhappy homeowners. If something crazy happens and I can't work, I'll be there to help. But it's doubtful.
