I saw three fisherman at the ramp this AM.
Two of them had cought two fish each 18-29inches????
I examined two of the fish 18 and 20inches?? no fin clips????

Lois I went out of long Island we boated one 19" 3yr old (no clip) less than 2lbs looked like a bullet,red&black streamer off boards at 2 clr several LDR on live bait.
