Fished Saturday from about 730 to 630. Left from glendale, trolled all the way to center harbor and back basically. The bite was slow for us until about 10 and then was hot until lunchtime. Started out using live smelt but quickly changed to all lures as well were trolling almost 3mph. Any lure we threw out there was working, but anything with dots and red or orange or blue seemed to do best. Ended the day with 9 salmon and 2 rainbows. Most of the salmon were pretty small only 15-17 inches except for two that were 21-23 inches. The rainbows were good size but ended up losing both of them at the boat. Did not have a derby ticket just the usual saturday fishing. It was crowded but it was unbearable, hope to stay hot this coming weekend, with the stripers...
