The little boy on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon was my son. Trust me when I tell you he loved the attention. Yes he was embarassed but he loved it. Trevor asked if we were going to do it again next year. Of course the answer was yes. I have fished this derby with my father for the past 24 years. The lake became a second home for my childhood, I have a feeling that I will passing on the traditions soon enough. Thank you to all who had kind words about Trevor.

Congratulations to the 3rd place fish as well. Fishing is a sport that gets passed down from generation to generation. It's all about the kids!
