Went out for the second time this year. I got out on the Lake about 7:30 and fished until 9:30. Managed to pick up six salmon. Caught a double while I was cleaning the floor. I guess if you don't pay attention the fish will come. Wonderbread and the ugly bob got all the action. Changed lures about 20 times. The fish wanted it fast and didn't want to think about it. I was trolling at 2.5 on the gps. All fish we caught using a yakima bait flasher. Before I was using the smaller size with a 5' leader. I went to the next size up because the angle of the blades is much sharper and spins faster. They really work and have no drag. The other rod never even fired. I wanted to go to a different spot but at 7:30 the fog was too heavy. It was great to be out again.
