Took my grandson Tyler (13)out on Winni today. Started off at Black Point but caught 3 or 4 stockies so went on the east side of Rattlesnake. Boy did we get into them. He's never caught a fish larger than a 6" perch and landed a 20" salmon while also catching a 17" laker that was a double with the big salmon.
All in all, he caught 14 fish and brought two home to eat.
Previously he went out with Grey Ghost and me and got Squamed, but that didn't damper his enthusiam for fishing. HE'S HOOKED.
