hit the water at about 5 but didn't start fishin until 5:30 or so due to some equipment issues. got it all straightened out and got some lines wet. caught a nice fat bow right off the bat. he was one of many yesterday. all in all we boated at least 20 fish, a mix of bows and salmon, 1 laker (20"), and 1 chunky smallmouth. big fish of the day was a 22+" fat salmon. he hit a hammered silver spoon down 6 colors off the board at 11 am. also had several nice, 18-19" salmon and several nice fat bows along with a few little fellas mixed in. mostly all good sized fish though. weather was awesome, as was the lack of boat traffic. all were caught on spoons, darker colors like the patriot were hot. got one of the fat bows on a white perch fly down 6 colors. awesome day though, steady action the whole time.
