My understanding isthat the ramp itself is public. The large concrete dock is public. The wooden docks in front of the clubhouse belong to the yacht club. Actually, launching at the bridge is not allowed unless you are a resident between Memorial Day and Labor Day. I have always had problems with the barges. Those guys do work for the rich people on the islands and are starting to think their poop doesn't stink. You might check to see what it would cost to launch over at Goodhue right on the other side of the Yacht club. Brett and the guys have always been real easy to deal with, reasonable for repairs, and we have rented docks from them before furing the derby.
