I use to have a lowrance and a humminbird on my craft transducers on different sides with no problems. However I guess it could cause problems depending on the technology of todays units, I guess the only way to know if it will work for you is to try it on your rig. but like I said I had no problem with the two working together. I did have a problem one time with my CD/radio interfering with one of the units. If you do try it run the cables seperate from each other, hopefully you'll be okay. good luck.
