We fished Saturday and Sunday, Saturday started with 3 quick fish then died off. We went around the island about 9:30 and it really paid off. We landed steady fish for the next 2 1/2 hours. Sunday we started out in Meredith bay. Once we got out about a mile the fishing turned on. Twice we had all four rods back in the boat. Before 9am seemed like we could not do anything wrong. After nine we would have them on and would lose them bring them in. By ten we had missed 5 in row and call it quits. We pick up and went home to smoke a ham (awesome). This weekend most our fish were caught very deep for this time of the year. On the riggers they were 18 and 25 feet on the leadcore we were useing 4 colors. The best colors for the weekend was orange and black dots on both the DB's and the Top Guns. Good luck, hope all had a good Easter.
