Hi guys,
Those of you that have the intellitroll....is there a way to take off the wire that has the spring on the end that runs on your downrigger, back up to the console where the display is? The way I see it now is that I now have to leave the downrigger on all the time, and I generally store them in my garage when im not out on the water, and if you run the wire you have to just leave it there....I know its a minor problem, but once I hit the salt its not going to be there full time so im trying to figure out a easy way to keep this thing stored and out of the elements as much as possible, might not have a choice in the matter though.
Just installed it on my Pen Fathoms, cant wait to try it out. I know on Winni early season it wont do me any good, but cant wait to get on Champlain with it!
