When I get up there I have the following for gear:
4 copper setups, 2 of which have 200ft of copper, the other 2 have 300ft of copper. They will each have 10lb leader on them.
Then Im still deciding whether I want to use 2 or 4 downriggers. Regardless of that, I will use either my Chamberlain stackers and run 2 rods off of 1 downrigger or if I use all 4 down riggers then I will use the sliders/cheaters with a half hitch rubber band holding them in place. My question I have right now for those of you who use attractors is do you run the release above or below the vertical attractor? How far back from the attractors do you run your lure?
If I use the slider, I know im only gonna have that about 6ft long. How far back do you run your main line from the swivel where the slider will stop? 12-15feet?
