First of all I am officially changing my screen name and radio handle from fishRman to Burger. Burger is my nickname and it mind as well be my name on here. So if you see me in my old school blue Lund with Honda motors on the back on the water give me a shout on 12!
We fished Winnipesaukee the entire weekend from Friday morning until Sunday morning. The fishing was decent and I personally boated over 20 fish throughout the weekend not including the fish my partners boated. The highlight of the weekend was a 5.1 pound healthy lake trout that was caught at 15 feet on the rigger on ultralight tackle with an orange with black dot DB smelt. What a battle he put up. Other than that the fishing was kind of slow. I think I will blame the slow fishing on the Super Moon. Fish came on a variety of lures with no one color outproducing anything else. Fish were caught between 10 and 20 feet and 3 or 4 colors of leadcore. I tried some live bait for a little while and it was wayyyyyyy too dull and slow for me. Back to trolling spoons.
