I would prefer a 23" minimum. I think it was 20 last year also Scott but our group still released maybe 10+ 20 inch fish on the first day alone but knew they wouldn't score a prize. When you hit 23", you now have an exceptional Winni salmon. At 20", you just have a very nice fish. I honestly don't think a 20 inch fish is "in the money" (maybe for youth division).
Also, another huge change is that all fish must be dead when they arrive. If any live fish are brought, their catcher is immediately DQ'd from the tourny (and probably fined by F&G).
