I too keep my boat right accross from Jason at Fay's. We will all keep a hard look out for the thief. I have been securing all the gear this year because I am now on the side where the house back up to the docks. I never had a problem on the side that Jason is on in the past. It sucks to have to stress over lost gear!!
We will be watching Jason.
