i know I am going to get alot of heat for what i am going to post but really when has that stopped me from saying what I want to say LOL so here goes.
Perhaps the authorities feel although they certainly will cause a boat load of 20" salmon to die, (since it is put and take) they will not get as many 20"-22" salmon to hurt them, leaving the remainer of the 20"-22" to grow even larger since there would be more feed (smelt and white perch) with a bunch of the middle size fish checked in, working towards more of a trophy lake as being the largest lake in the state should be, while maintaining the rainbows for the ones who fish from shore as well as on the hardwater. has anyone thought that this might be the case.
Just my thoughts.
