There seems to be some confusion on the minimum size limit on landlocked salmon at the Winni derby. The derby has operated on this size (20") since 1994. In 1993 the limit was 21", 1992 (20") and in 1991 (18"). Lake trout have pretty much stayed the same, 24" through the years until 2009 when the length limit was decreased to 22". I can't speak to the Rotary's prize structure, but for years Rick Davis payed down 20 places daily on salmon with prizes.
