Fish with my youngest boy Douglas.
Day one started of pretty good for my boat.grabbed a just barely 20" salmon on a streamer, sent it back down, then my son Douglas landed a 18-19" rainbow with a tag. then Doug caught his first salmon of the weekend and had trouble holding onto it as a went to snap a photo "too funny" wound up for the day 1 bow,2 bass,and 8 salmon. Donated a rigger ball,2 horizontal flashers, 1 verticle flasher, and a chamberlane release to the smile of the Great Spirit Day two just took the boat for a ride and Doug for a nap until 1:05 until Doug landed a nice bow. picked up about 4:00 and headed to the barn with just the one bow, only bite of the day. today fished paugus bay wound up with three salmon, and one laker all small. A good time was had by both of us.
There was one winner for the week end though and that was me. The prize was getting to go fishin with my boy!!! enjoyed chatting on the radiop with the guys as well. Maybe next year we'll get lucky.
