Fished the last couple days, southern end of the lake yesterday back of Rattlesnake caught some really nice fish but had to pick through a bunch of small salmon. Moved locations this morning north to get away from the little ones and it worked. Had 24 hits landed 13 fish, lost 6 or so right behind the boat and the rest were long distance releases. Best bite was on DB smelt, plain silver front and copper back at 31-38 feet. Did well also on a silver front db with a red stripe and a copper back also the 30 - 35 ft range over 50 to 80 ft of water. Fish were jumping like crazy and all the fish were awesome quality. Flies purple and orange and joes smelt also caught some nice rainbows on lead core.
