Fished this evening 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Slow going on the south side mouth of Winter Harbor a usually good July spot. Fished with leadcore 7-8 colors with BB gun and wonderbread. Switched to a white perch fly behind a flasher/dodger got some bumps right away but no fish. Motored over to south end of Rattlesnake marking lots of fish as the sun was going down, ended up landing a rainbow at sunset with a green and yellow dot mooselook 2 inch at 5 colors in 55 ft of water. Several more hits on the flasher fly combo but reeled in nothing, not sure if they keep coming off??? Does anyone have luck with dodger fly combo's and leadcore or is it just a spring thing? Out again tomorrow look for white boat and smokey 2 stroke....
Barry no more issues with the finder it's been a gear saver! Now how about that downrigger??
